All games on Quizania are skill-based and meant for entertainment and competitive learning. Users are expected to play games at their own discretion and responsibility. If any bug, technical error, server issue, or system failure occurs during gameplay that affects the outcome (win or loss), Quizania will not be held responsible.
If any user wins a large or abnormal amount due to a technical glitch or system error, Quizania reserves the full right to withhold or cancel that reward. In such cases, no explanation is necessary, and affected accounts may be flagged or banned without notice. Attempting to exploit bugs is strictly prohibited.
Quizania is not responsible for any losses caused due to slow internet, app crash, game timeout, opponent disconnection, or device failure. Users are solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functional device before participating in paid games.
Any suspicious behavior including match manipulation, bot abuse, answer-sharing, multi-accounting, or exploiting app loopholes may lead to account suspension, ban, forfeiture of winnings, and deletion of user data — without prior warning.
